Black T.I.E. — Tablescapes In Excellence — was born from a simple belief: the table is where life's most important moments happen. It's where families gather, deals are sealed, love is celebrated, and memories are made.
We don't simply decorate spaces — we design experiences. Every event we touch is a unique story waiting to be told through color, texture, light, and the careful arrangement of beautiful things. From intimate dinners for twelve to grand galas for hundreds, we approach each project with the same unwavering commitment to excellence that our name demands.
Our process is deeply collaborative. We listen first, dream second, and create third. We believe in the power of a well-set table to change the energy of an entire room — to make people slow down, look around, and feel the specialness of the moment they're in.

Dion Weber
The eye behind every tablescape.
Dion Weber is the Owner and Lead Décor Director of Black T.I.E. — Tablescapes In Excellence. Founded in 2024, the atelier currently serves clients across the Greater New Orleans and Greater Richmond, Virginia areas.
Dion carries a rare, instinctive command of décor — an eye trained to read a space and a heart attuned to the story a table can tell. Every fabric, bloom, and flicker of candlelight is chosen with intention, placed with love, and held to a standard her name demands.
When a client shares a prompt or a vision, she pauses, listens, and trusts — and God reveals to her a clear picture of what the design should become. From that image, she executes with precision and clarity, translating inspiration into tables that feel inevitable, intentional, and alive.
